Seems to not make it clear that it is in fact a company which operates from mainland China, which makes returns harder.
I received a terrible quality t shirt from them which looked like the print was “cut out” from a google image and skewed badly to fit on the t shirt.
When I requested refund and return label they repeatedly offered only a percentage of the refund and to “keep the item” which when pressed they offered 15% and 30% discount at their shop (like I would shop here again is crazy?!).
Next time I will make sure I read the reviews…
I ordered 2 jumpers. When they arrived the quality was awful (especially for the price). They were more like what I’d expect for a few pounds from Shein. I asked for a refund and had to go through around 3/4 emails before they understood what I was asking. Once they did I was told it would cost me a lot of money to return to china and they would not refund me, only offer a discount off another item. I’m furious that I’ve wasted money on 2 items I now can’t send back and be refunded for
Literally the cheapest, crappiest fabric and flimsy see through. Not worth the money. I feel ripped off. Will not be buying from there again. Dont waste your money.

Order never arrived, ordered early Oct and two months later, still waiting. Darkpick sends me tracking info which shows it has no update since Oct 30, a month ago now, and refuses to refund me. I have buyer protection as I bought through Paypal and have escalated the issue, see if I can get a refund through them. Many other reviews also say clothes are low-quality and polyester rather than cotton as advertised. I regret ever ordering from here. If prices seem too good to be true, trust that instinct!
Horrible experience with very low quality products that look nothing like they are presented on the website. Customer service impossible to work with after the purchase. Do not buy anything from this website!

I ordered a Vintage Tank Top.
It took a month to arrive from China, When it did arrive it in no way looked vintage and was not cotton.
It was printed polyester. The colour is the only thing that matches the image of the product.
Looking at the returns policy it is in no way helpful and by the time I have paid for tacked postage to China, I might get about half of what I paid back.
It is what it is. Just did not want others to have the same experience as I have,
Good t shirts. Terrible customer service. I ordered an item and I wasn't able to apply my coupon before buying the item. There is no way to cancel the item manually. I contacted customer service, and I was questioned for no reason. At the end the customer service representative did not cancel my order and I was given a 20 percent coupon instead, to purchase another item. So their agenda was for me to buy another item to feed them money. Merchandise good, customer service terrible. I’ve had a bad experience not long ago with Darkpick. This is the last I’ll do any business with Darkpick.
Update on order. It has been over a month now and I have not received my final order. I forgot to mention that the tracking number doesn't provide much detail and is seemingly from some Chinese origin. 17Track. Darkpick is a terrible business. I encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere for cool merchandise. I hope Darkpick tanks.
I ordered what looked to be a cotton muscle tee in bright yellow with clowns on it. Ordered for 25 dollars. What I received is ridiculous. It's CHEAP polyester printed with grainy graphics. The inside is white. The seam shows on front of the shoulders, highlighting the extra bad print job. They say it's too expensive to send back, so I can have 20% off a new tee and just give this bad shirt as a gift. Hilarious! And maddening. Do NOT Fall for this bait and switch. The clothing is truly awful.
Awful experience. Shirt doesn't come close to fitting. I was given no recourse other than to buy it again with a discount or ship it to China for a refund at more expense than the value of the shirt. Buyer beware... another China scam. More and more, I've come to the conclusion that buying from Face Book ads is a high risk move, generally involving China.
Loved the style of your tshirts and the fact they are cotton not polyester. Some of the tanks you have for sale aren’t available in a tee and I would have purchased them if they were but I’ve ordered nevertheless :)
Tshirts were damaged/frayed and cut with scissors. Image sizing on tshirt much smaller than advertised. Refused to pay for return shipping and offered close to nothing as a reimbursement.
Another company that offers amazing looking T-shirts on their website so of course you order, what eventually turns up is laughable junk knock offs you will never wear and are now out of pocket.
I ordered 2 tank top style T-shirts, after a few weeks of waiting they have turned up, 1 t-shirt looks all blurry and out of focus and is no way as detailed as shown on the the website, the other t-shirt is not even the same quality, it looks nothing like the shit advertised, the print is cheap and nasty and the shirt quality is like a sports top (elasticated and stretchy) rather than the cotton style tank it's supposed to be, it's not even the same style, I guessed they would be rubbish as soon as I seen the tracking number was from China

AVOID - massive scam.
I ordered what looked like a nice medium thick knitted skull jumper for the winter. It cost £35 including shipping.
What arrived is a cheap mesh material with a printed pattern on it, no shape to it and you can literally see through it. Customer service is ignoring my emails requesting a refund. Cheap quality Chinese tat!
Awful. I never received my package. They said they would investigate the shipment but never got back to me, I had to keep asking about the order. They refused to give me a refund for the order they messed up and blamed me for the shipment mess up. I've been emailing them for a month but they keep blaming me for their mistake. I have orders from other sites going to the same address so it's not something I messed up.
They are notorious for stealing designs from legit artists/designers/companies and badly printing them on low quality shirts - they won’t last 2 washes before falling apart - and they’re not even cheaper to buy from!!
