Edit: Update as of 12/5/25 - My order still hasn’t arrived, and the “tracking number” sent to me now appears to be inactive. It is also worth noting that the shipment supposedly originated in China. So I expect quality is poor and I’m annoyed that this company makes appearances as if it’s a small US business and it’s not. The company is also not responding to my queries. I’m now certain this business is an overseas scam. I caution everyone to avoid ordering from it.
Edit 1: Update - Sadly, this experience has turned sour. It’s now 11/16 and I’ve received no information about my order shipping. I contacted the company and the response I received was basically “it will ship when it ships and we’ll send you a tracking information then.” Reading other reviews here, it looks like other people have experienced similar issues and received horrible customer service when they try to cancel their order. So, at this point, I’m dubious. I’m very concerned I just wasted $100 on product that isn’t going to arrive.
Also note that a scan on Amazon looking for similar items, I discovered several identical products this company sells for less than half of what they charge.

Love the product selection and the prices are very reasonable. This is my first purchase so I’m anxious to see if the quality tracks. One gripe - they need to improve their search function. You have a LOT of product to browse so I used the search function to try and narrow the field a bit but discovered I missed a ton of stuff that didn’t show up in my searches when I aimlessly browsed after I placed my order. My initial order would likely have been about twice what it was if merch I loved showed up in my searches. Having said that, if the quality is good, I’ll be back for more.
Be cautious about this company. They will not help if you don’t get your item. Even though you pay them for the item and shipping. They say it’s on you to do all the work even though they weren’t able to ensure the item makes it to your hands or at least to a secure location! Be wary
Darkpick.Com is engaging in fraudulent business practices & continues to use false advertisement to sell poor quality clothing. I purchased a T shirt from their website & when I received it in the mail, everything was incorrect, from the Color, Size, Material & overall Quality.
The company refuses to give you a full refund in the beginning and instead offers you a 30% off on your next purchase. As you remain persistent in asking for a refund, the company gives you a horrible ultimatum.
You can either ship the item back to China on your own expense or keep the item & settle for a 10% refund. I’m sharing my experience to help someone from getting SCAMMED.
This website sells apparel made with stolen art as the designs.
Many hardworking artists have had their own copyrighted designs stolen by this website and it’s been going on for far too long.

This company steal their designs from real artists. Don’t buy their fake rubbish. If you genuinely want unique tees to make you stand out (or blend in?) look for real artists making cool products. Such as Black Lodge Press.
Stay safe out there and avoid the fake rubbish.
This website sells stolen art from various artists (i.e. Black Lodge Press and their t-shirt design "Anarchist gardener").
They know it, and they block anyone who tries to report them online.
The print quality is terrible, on top of being stolen art.
The shipping took a very long time, the quality of the products is very poor and the return policy is very misleading. When I attempted to initiate a return, they said I had to cover the cost of shipping the product back to Guangzhou, China and I would only get a refund if they were able to resell the product. This is not stated anywhere on their website. I would not have ordered this product if that were made clear on their website.
Website is not easy to browse. You have so many items, it would take days to see them all on my phone. I never got past the 5th page.
Items are bold and unique. Once I filled my cart, checkout was easy with PayPal.
My personal worst experience with an online store so far
I had a very bad situation with darkpick.com. The quality is not really. Anyway I ordert 5 Tshirts and wanted to send 1 back. It took weeks of emailing back and forth. Cause they don't have a retour check. They want me to pay for sending it back even that is against the EU law. My suggest, don't buy anything from there.
I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Darkpick.com and to potentially save you from losing your money.
It has now been months since I placed my order, and I have received absolutely nothing.
• No delivery: The items never arrived despite payment being taken immediately
• Poor communication: Customer service either doesn't respond or sends generic, unhelpful replies
• No refund: Despite requesting a refund under UK consumer law, they have refused my legitimate request
I have been forced to send formal legal letters citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and am now considering filing a chargeback with my payment provider and reporting them to Trading Standards.
My Advice:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other reputable retailers who will actually deliver your items and provide proper customer service. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
If you have already ordered and are experiencing similar issues:
1 Document everything - keep all emails, screenshots, and order confirmations
2 Send a formal refund request citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015
3 If they don't respond within 14 days, file a chargeback with your bank/card provider
4 Report them to Trading Standards
5 Consider Section 75 claims if you paid by credit card (for purchases £100-£30,000)
I sincerely hope this review prevents others from experiencing the same disappointment and financial loss that I have suffered.

first 2 order was fine and I only spent £45 -£60 and all the Tank tops were really good quality as shown on the picture, sadly the second order wish was around £200, having the dream to get exactly the same quality as my fort order, it was a big slap on the face :( I did order 10 Small Tank tops and 1 Medium T shirt for a friend. From all of these only 1 item was the premium quality and all the other 9 small tank tops; 4 was too big, 5 was ok in size but 8 of them have this nylon crap quality with very bad finishing. Now the funny bit is the Medium T shirt was actually small so I had to keep it for myself and give the tank top to my friend but the colour was off :( over all I love the design but I wont be ordering again as the customer service is not responding at all after many emails. My last chance will be my credit card company and I will try to get my money back as the plan was to send it back! You could be lucky with your order but be aware :( I saved 20 other tops in my favourites so sadly I will not going to have them as I don't trust the company. it is a shame as the deigns are pretty good :(
