Item arrived eventually and was faulty!!! Dropped stitches right on the collar. Very flimsy material and not the knitted jumper advertised. Again they tried to fob me off with a 15% then a 20% refund. After much haggling, they said they would send out another one. Ten days on and no word of it even being shipped. Fiasco.
Took over a month to arrive and extremely cheap quality. Smallest size would fit a hippo, print is awful, not at all as advertised. I got sucked in by a good ad on Instagram, please do yourselves a favor and don't bother.
Don't bother ordering from here. Place an order 1 month ago still not arrived. Wasn't even posted till after 25 days, even tho its own policy says it should be half that time max.
DO NOT order from this company they show you a picture of the item and send you something completely different and cheap ordered a brass skeleton ring. Got a gold cheap ring doesn’t even look the same and they have the nerve to say we’re sorry. The items do take a long time to arrive but I planned for that. I ordered 2 vest tops, one was fine (cotton and correct length) but the other was a horrible polyester material (described as imitation cotton) and 8 inches shorter than the other top. They won’t offer a refund stating I need to send it back and that will cost me more than the top is worth but they can offer me 30% off my next purchase. I won’t be ordering again!
I have opened a complaint in the Paypal Resolution Centre to try to get my money back. Be careful what you buy!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Order took a month to arrive, only after contacting customer service. The quality of the printing is absolutely terrible - they clearly use low resolution images and the end result is pixellated and horrible.
When I contacted customer services they said there was nothing wrong with the items and offered me a discount on further orders which is frankly an insult.
Not the right color, complete garbage design and material. Super slow shipping. No refund unless you're shipping back your order to China. Pure scam site.
Do NOT buy anything from this store. You will get VERY poor quality items absolutely not worth what you’ll pay. It’s Temu quality t-shirts but at least at Temu you don’t pay over 20$ for a single low quality tshirt. A shirt that was supposed to be yellow is not yellow but orange; and the other one… well, the graphics are out of focus. And the quality of the fabric is really really bad - so scratchy. No one could ever feel comfortable wearing these. Just awful!
It got here in decent time but is not made of tee shirt material 100% polyester. I LOVE the designs. But because of the material I will never buy one again. The photos look like tee shirts but they are all white with prints on cheap polyester.

Bought a top with a slogan I've wanted for ages. Used the size chart on the website.
Product arrived, far too small. Measured it and the chest was 15inches smaller than their size chart.
Have offered me a 20% discount on a new top or a 10% refund.

Do not buy from this company. They will never ship your product, whether the product actually exists is unknown. I placed an order, waited a week for confirmation, waited two more weeks and contacted them, waited another week for a response, and finally after a month (after I placed the order) I finally got a refund from PayPal because they never shipped. Oh, they provided a bogus tracking number, one that never tracked. Do not waste your time.
Absolutely terrible company. Paid $30 for express delivery, almost 2 weeks later and no update. When I contacted I asked for an update I was offered 20% off another order, which obviously won’t be used, surely no one would buy here again, I regret it and my order hasn’t even arrived

I have ordered a "Buffy the Vampire Slayer Vest" for my friends Birthday 15 days ago and still haven't had an email to track delivery.
I have emailed customer service and have received the following:
"Dear customer, we already expedited your order, it will be shipped to you once it ready, please kindly wait. Once your order shipped out, the tracking information will be sent to you by email. Thank you for your patience".
The website states processing takes between 3-7 business days (which was a week ago) & 10-12 Business Days for delivery - If youre not in a rush for an item then order from them!
