Scammers selling very poor quality goods

Item bought was a vest of extremely poor quality. Cheap polyester. Looks nothing like the picture which is clearly cotton. I am trying to get a refund using their returns process but they have just ignore my request. 2 stars as I did get something… but I was totally scammed

UPDATED: Less Than Stellar

I’ve literally only just ordered my first shirt so it seems a bit premature to ask for a review, but so far everything seems to be an enjoyable experience. I like a lot of the styles that I’ve seen; we’ll see how the actual product and overall experience is once my shirt is delivered. UPDATE: I ordered one of the sleeveless tees; the images made the shirts look like a thick, durable material. What I received was actually borderline translucent as it was so thin. Not necessarily a bad shirt, but certainly not worth the price that I paid. Will most likely not be ordering any more in the future.

The item was nothing how it looked on the website. Completely different material, bad shoulder stitching, blurred print, no refund. Will definitely not be ordering or recommending again.

LOVE MY NEW TSHIRTS☆

I did get the tshirts I ordered, and I have made multiple orders through DARKPICK. I did not receive a invoice or tracking number via email for any of my orders. It does take up to 3 weeks for deliveries to arrive. LOVE MY NEW TSHIRTS☆

Amazing selection honestly. Right up my alley. I would only suggest to categorize a bit better. I went through every page and on my iPhone and there wasn’t an option to show more tees per page. Other than that keep it going.

Would be 5 stars, but would be nice if there was a filter option for different bands that they have merchandise for rather than having to type in the band I’m searching for to find out there’s nothing for them.

CAUTION!

There's something shady about this company. First of all, their website looks great and their shirt designs are AMAZING. I placed an order before looking into reviews or feedback about the company. I was put off by photographic evidence showing how the shirts people received were vastly inferior to the pictures online. Moreover, I'm a VERY specific size, and people were saying that the shirts they received varied in size greatly. Then I saw so many reviews here about the company's bad reputation, slow shipping, and poor customer service. I was still interested in getting shirts from the company in the future, but decided to cancel my order for now. I wanted to read up more on the company, and I also wanted to see how they would react to a cancellation. I canceled well within the 24-hour limit for a full refund. What was their response? Three days of going back and forth with emails! They kept pressuring me not to cancel and offering 20% discounts on future orders. I've never had such a difficult time canceling an order with any company ever! They relented only after I mentioned that I was getting legal advice and was contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Even then, just the nature of the cancellation process and the reversal of the charges went a bit strangely. I received a total of three emails over three days saying that the cancellation had gone through. The emails were worded poorly, possibly auto-translated. And only after the third email did the credit come through in my account. I wouldn't expect to be credited immediately (I know it takes time), but the flurry of automated emails, all acting as if everything was done now, was a bit puzzling. At one point my credit card showed TWO identical negative charges to Darkpick, then one of those pending charges fell away, then later on a positive credit in the same amount appeared. I feel like I still need to monitor my bank account to make sure that nothing odd happens. All in all, I can't give the company a 1-star review simply because they DID eventually make things right and honor their cancellation policy. It's a shame that they were so pushy and so difficult to work with, because their designs do look so awesome that I might have wanted to take a chance on getting a wearable shirt from them. But I saw the bad reviews here and elsewhere, and their customer service put me off completely. Furthermore, I don't think any of their shirts are licensed from the various pop culture franchises.

Some Important caveats.

Buyer beware. Your millege may wary with purchase experience. Shirts come from shipped from China. Seller will offer you discounts in order to entice you after you leave items in basket. (25% off was offered to me). Seller also charges a 15% cancellation fee for not cancelling the order within.. 24 hours? (uh.. that's scummy?), and will outright ask you to ship back to China if the shipment has already been processed, for the partial refund. Shipped from Guangzhou, China to UK. Shipping packaging was rather sophisticated, with 2x Large shirts coming in vacuum sealed bags inside a simple plastic mailer bag (made internal package feel like it hard a harder rubber like structure inside). Shirts look 'computer' printed (DTG?). The particular ones I received (Predators & Meshuggah.. oh ho.. bootleg?) were ever so slightly higher on the right shoulder than the left, in terms of print design alignment (I've had screen printed shirts with the same issue, and it's not very noticable). The weakest part of the product, are probably the slightly more faded out colours (works in some cases) lacking a bit of colour contrast. Overall, the shirts are werable entirely, but there are some issues which should be corrected for a better end product. I suspect that you can't escape the ever-so slightly blurry effect of the print design, because that's what DTG/Computer scanned & printed shirt images will look like (these are unofficial reproductions). I have noticed people have complained about the Sleeveless shirts not looking accurate to what's on the website, and coming inside with a wide ribbed collar, and also a thin bust fit (asian sizing?). If you are to try buying a particular print, go for a t-shirt instead.. or don't spend your money. Find a shirt seller closer to your locale.

It’s a Chinese web site. The clothes are cheap and don’t fit right. If you try to return, they expect you to pay to ship it back to China. Or offer you a mediocre discount to buy the correct size. Don’t waste your money.

Waited close to a month on my order

Waited close to a month on my order. When the shirt finally arrived, the material of the shirt was nylon and non-stretch. Also I ordered a 2x which it clearly wasn’t. Sized between a Large or XL at best. Maybe I can sell it to a short person for cheap because judging from reviews, I won’t get my money back. Really lame. STEER CLEAR of this company.

Too risky, now cancelling my order.

I ordered and then read a lot of negative reviews and decided to cancel my order. They responded offering me 20% off my next order if I didn't cancel. I declined and then they said there is a 15% cancelation fee (another red flag) for orders canceled after 24 hours. I checked the website to confirm that is on there and it is. I replied telling them to continue with the cancelation and about a week later I received the refund, minus the 15% cancelation fee.
