That’s definitely not how we want anyone to feel. 💛 Our “surprise skeins” are offered at a heavily discounted price and are considered final sale, as they can include a wide variety of yarns depending on available stock. We did not lie about the products. Like the product name states ''surprise skein''. That said, we understand they didn’t meet your expectations, which is why we made an exception and provided a prepaid return label at our cost. Regarding the return method, we currently partner with FedEx for returns, and while we’re unable to arrange pickups directly, FedEx may offer pickup services for an additional fee if that’s something you’d like to explore. We understand that this may not be ideal, and we truly appreciate your feedback on this. We’re sorry again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
