Typical bait and switch business. Prepares a quote for part X at given price, then only after we paid for the order, they came back saying that it was actually part Y, so if we still want X, it's 3x the price. Don't trust their web-shop either, they will cancel your order after you send the payment and say that the price has changed. Don't trust any quotes you receive via e-mail, don't trust any of the prices on their web shop.
I bought parts from them and ran into an issue with the writing program. I reached out to their sales rep, Sally, who offered professional advice and quickly resolved the problem. Great service!
The part I needed was pricey, but Dasenic offered a more cost-effective option. I appreciate Sally's professionalism and prompt communication.
Your company's products are still very reliable. I purchased some electronic components and was afraid of buying counterfeit goods. They reassured me and provided me with a third-party inspection report. They also sent me a packaging video for the goods. I am very satisfied with their service, and I will still contact them for the next purchase！(｡･‿‿｡)(｡･‿‿｡)
