Typical bait and switch business. Prepares a quote for part X at given price, then only after we paid for the order, they came back saying that it was actually part Y, so if we still want X, it's 3x the price. Don't trust their web-shop either, they will cancel your order after you send the payment and say that the price has changed. Don't trust any quotes you receive via e-mail, don't trust any of the prices on their web shop.
