The "Arrive Alive" wrap is designed to retain moisture and keep stems hydrated, and we apologise that it didn't perform as intended on this occasion. While we have extensively trialled shipping stems in water, it has proven unsuitable for carrier networks. We remain confident that the "Arrive Alive" system is the most effective solution, but we will certainly share your feedback with our packing team to ensure the wraps are fully hydrated before dispatch.
