Decorpot Thane….A absolute pathetic…

Decorpot Thane….A absolute pathetic pepople & worst service ever. Do not go with them otherwise if you will fall into their trap then there is no fixed time to complete your project. It can goes up to one year also. So better to go with your own local trusted vendor.

Horrible experience

Very Unprofessional & Poor Customer Support

Warning to customers considering Decorpot: please be careful before making full payment upfront. I paid for my flat interiors after being promised project completion by 5 Nov 2025. The deadline has long passed, but the work is still incomplete. Repeated follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp have largely gone unanswered. Once the full payment was collected, communication and accountability became extremely poor. The delay has caused major stress, inconvenience, and financial impact. I am now forced to escalate the matter through consumer complaint channels due to the lack of proper resolution.
