Very Unprofessional & Poor Customer Support
Warning to customers considering Decorpot: please be careful before making full payment upfront. I paid for my flat interiors after being promised project completion by 5 Nov 2025. The deadline has long passed, but the work is still incomplete. Repeated follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp have largely gone unanswered. Once the full payment was collected, communication and accountability became extremely poor. The delay has caused major stress, inconvenience, and financial impact. I am now forced to escalate the matter through consumer complaint channels due to the lack of proper resolution.
