I had paid the extra "shipping insurance" and the company claimed that the legs were on it when freighted. I waited for the delivery for months. I contacted their customer service department to let them know that I still had not received the items I ordered. They said "their" carrier delivered it July 1st (which was months not 7-15 business days) ... So I asked if they would resend it because I did not receive it. They refused to resend it and refused any kind of refund or credit. I will never do business with this company again and I recommend others do the same.
