I requested a refund but was instead offered $10 (I paid $100) compensation or wait another 2 1/2 months for new legs. After multiple emails I settled on $20 as I'd had enough. Insurance is obviously a scam and I will never deal with this company again.
I ordered a pants with matching top. Over $100 in price. it states on their website that orders would be received within 7-15 business days. I did not receive the items. I waited for the delivery for months. I contacted their customer service department to let them know that I still had not received the items I ordered. They said "their" carrier delivered it July 1st (which was months not 7-15 business days) ... So I asked if they would resend it because I did not receive it. They refused to resend it and refused any kind of refund or credit. I will never do business with this company again and I recommend others do the same.

I was disappointed in the quality of the book and the descriptions of the exercises in the book. I was expecting more visuals to understand the exercises and higher quality paper, color, and binding. The product didn’t justify the cost, and it took by a very long time to receive it.
