Ordered Ottoman stairs for my dog
Ordered Ottoman stairs for my dog. Took two and a half months to arrive and it was missing the legs. I had paid the extra "shipping insurance" and the company claimed that the legs were on it when freighted. I requested a refund but was instead offered $10 (I paid $100) compensation or wait another 2 1/2 months for new legs. After multiple emails I settled on $20 as I'd had enough. Insurance is obviously a scam and I will never deal with this company again.
