Misleading credit system and vanishing balance — unacceptable! I purchased 3,000 credits from DeeVid for $159, thinking I was buying a pre-paid balance to use at my own pace. I had 800 credits left — and they were suddenly erased without warning. I was then told I "purchased a monthly subscription" — but this was not clearly disclosed, and no reminder or expiration notice was ever sent. This is deceptive. You can't advertise credits like a bank balance and then burn them silently. I'm requesting a refund for the unused credits, or at the very least a reinstatement. If not, I will escalate this publicly and through my bank. I strongly recommend others avoid this service unless this is addressed.
