We will need an order number in order to be able to assist in this situation.

We are very transparent about the size of all our products and how much customers will be getting. It takes 84 pints of milk just to make 3 pounds of powder, the machine runs 24 hours a day for a week. With the powder you are getting about eight 8oz glasses of milk. We apologize you did not understand how much powder a 7oz pouch contains before you made the purchase.

We are sorry to hear your items did not deliver. If you will contact us at [email protected] we will happily take care of this for you.

We are sorry to hear the milk made you feel sick Logan. When your body is not use to camel milk then you have to start with just 2-3 ounces a day for the first 7 days. If you consume too much at once then it could throw your body into a detox and you will find yourself in the bathroom. If you decide to try the milk again in the future please let us know.

You indeed did not receive the order and brought it to our attention. At which time we did ship another order on Nov 3rd and it was delivered and signed for on Nov 6th.
