I am buying mile from very long time. I must say this days there services are very low. They don't deserve even one star.. more then 3 months waiting for my order. still waiting for my order and i have to remind them regarding my order updates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE

Great product, I truly love the Camel dehydrated powder. The company seems like it's doing what it can to be a positive animal foods company and I love how they claim to grow them. The flavor is wonderful and I usually can't drink regular milk. Thanks

Good product, terrible service

Love your milk but hate that it took more than a month to receive. No email to notify customers of any delay. I had to call; it took me 2 times to get a person on the line. No one answered my voice mail the first time. I was simply told that there'd been a high uptick in demand and the volume couldn't keep up with it. No apology. I was billed the moment I placed the order--not when it shipped. Again, no apology for that; they simply said "that's how the system works."

My family has enjoyed trying camel milk for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is! My boys are six and eleven and they can't get enough of it! Both have issues digesting cows milk but have had zero issues with camel's milk. I am so excited they they are getting great nutritional benefits from this milk while enjoying the taste!!! The milk was mostly frozen even after two days shipping! Packaging was very secure!

Camel milk has been a game changer for our family. A much more affordable alternative to IVIG treatment for PANS/PANDAS. We started with a bottle from a local grocery store. But that became lumpy and funky smelling fast. The frozen camel milk we order from Desert Farms is (and stays) fresh and smooth. Delicious and great for our health. Thank you!

Delivery got lost

Delivery got lost they clsim I T issue. Old staff member had no idea what he was doing, claimed order number was web number! Then had to call again to correct their staff error. He wasnt going to get a friends food delivered by the next day delivery which was a three day wait...spoke to someone else no better, did find their error and moaned about needing to go home. It was few minutes after they closed but if the first staff member knew his job it could have been sorted earlier. Then im asked to message said person but should have message the main office she again made a mistake! So many mistakes!.. My delivery may arrive soon who knows with this company. Ordered twice with two great big errors. Foods good need to improve staff raising voice at customers due to needing to go home and its THEIR issue.

I gave three stars because while shipping was great. OMG the milk is so freaking SALTY and we couldn’t even drink it. It was disappointing to say the least. Won’t be buying again and won’t recommend to others. Wish I had know. Ahead of time.

Great shipping, quality milk!

Arrived ice cold. Tasted just like regular whole cow’s milk to me. Expensive, but exotic, had to try, not rich so I probably won’t buy it again unless the price comes down a lot.

The quality of the milk. Great taste and highly recommended. S&H to Canada was abismal though. Very expensive and had to pay customs on top of that. :(
