Sherry was great. Ashe was always responsive and patient with my concerns. Most of what I do is very last minute. But as soon as payment for the delivers were made I got my shipment within three days. I did request for them to be air cargoes over as i didn’t have time to wait for them to be shipped. Jade provided exceptional support throughout the entire process, from arranging the shipment collection to making sure everything was properly repacked, keeping me updated with tracking, and following up until the shipment arrived safely in the UK.
DFH Logistics also helped me find a much more affordable shipping option, as the Alibaba seller only offered UPS, which was considerably more expensive. This saved me a significant amount of money and made the whole process much easier.
