Thank you for your one-star review! We emailed you for the reason the order was cancelled. The item is on manufacturer backorder and we have no estimated date for restocking, so we had to cancel. You may wish to check your email spam folder if you didn't see our original email. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Ben. Thank you for your One-Star review. I can't find your name in our system. The two people who answer our toll-free customer service phone (1-800-891-9399) agree nobody called about any address errors. BTW, if you had actually made an order with us, A: We ship exactly to the address you give. and B: Our sophisticated shipping system won't let us ship to an incomplete address, such as one missing a unit number. I respectfully ask for you to find the real company responsible for your error and remove this one-star review from Diabetesstore.com. Thank you!

Hi, Thank you for the 2-star review! In previous communications, I asked you for your order number so I could correct the error. But you never responded. I would still need to know the order number. As I said in my previous communication, there was an error on our website and we wanted to correct your order. We have a toll-free customer service number 1-800-891-9399.
