Hi Douglas, Thank you for your feedback! While we often send payments the same day we receive items, we guarantee payment within one business day, as stated on our website. We appreciate your business and are glad you had a positive experience overall.

Thank you, Anne!

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, we're unable to identify your shipment based on this review. We provide prepaid shipping labels at our expense so customers can send their items to us. If a shipment arrives with products that don't meet our purchasing requirements, we're unable to issue payment. In those cases, customers are welcome to have their items returned, but we ask that they cover the return postage since we've already paid the cost to receive the shipment. We understand this may be disappointing, but this policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions before items are shipped. If you believe we've made an error, please email [email protected] with your name so we can review your shipment.

Thank you!
