A++ experience
Was really skeptical about sending valuable supplies out….but I was VERY happy with my transaction with diabetic exchange. Sent out my sensors bubble wrapped on a Saturday and by Wednesday that next week I had payment in my account. And they paid me through Venmo the SAME DAY that my package was delivered to them. They paid pretty much the best price per sensor out of any website. Will definitely be using them again.

I feel wronged
This company sent me a box to send my items to them. I received and email stating that they would not accept my items because of the packaging. when these items were sent. They were in date and the items were unopened. The company said that they would return them to me if I pay the shipping since they paid shipping for me to send it to them. I feel like they are being petty. I feel scammed.

We provide prepaid shipping labels at our expense so customers can send their items to us. If a shipment arrives with products that don't meet our purchasing requirements, we're unable to issue payment.
