This person (not a customer) has submitted a review mistakenly to our company. We do not offer or sell "Joe Browns" tops. Part of the issue with Trust Pilot is anyone has the ability to write a review on any company even if they are not a customer. This review should not be reflective against our reputation.

Thank you, Tara, for taking the time to write a wonderful review on your experience with our company. We are so glad you found us online and that we delivered a dress that satisfied your needs. Located in California, it definitely gives our customers a peace of mind their order is coming from a reputable company. Thank you again for giving us a chance!

Kelli, thank you for taking a moment to share your experience! It's true, formal gowns are not "true to size". That is why it's very important to look at the size chart and select a size based on your waist measurement when ordering a size. We are happy to help provide a size recommendation and are always here to help our customers before they make a purchase.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience! I was so glad to be able to help you and provide the customer service that is lacking these days! Thank you again for the feedback!

Thank you Arwen for taking some time to write your experience with dress CD904 by Cinderella Divine. I recommend to all my customers that when choosing a size, to look at the size chart located near the description of each dress and base your decision by your waist measurement. This is important because if you cannot zip the dress past your waist, then you won't be able to zip the top up. Each dress has a specific sizing chart. Therefore it's important to look at the sizing chart for each dress. CD904, https://www.discountdressshop.com/products/long-fitted-sequin-print-gown-opal-iridescent-pattern-sheer-illusion-sides

Hi Wendy, I'm very sorry that you are not pleased with our return policy, even though you shared you did not read it beforehand. It is listed on our website and is very clear so there is no misunderstanding for those that order from us. This is actually a very common return policy for formal dress businesses even big companies such as David's Bridal. We have had many happy customers who have ordered from us over the last 12 years and have been very pleased by their purchase. I truly wish you were one of them!

Hi Bacon Princess, I'm very sorry that the dress you ordered did not fit you well. Most gowns are returnable, however it does state in our return policy (link located at the bottom of our website) that wedding gowns are non-returnable. I am glad that I was able to provide you information on where you could resell the gown. I know some girl will love the beautiful dress you have!

Hi Kelli, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review on the Aspeed M2194 navy blue dress you ordered from us. https://www.discountdressshop.com/products/scoop-neck-beaded-bodice-long-formal-dress-navy-blue Thank you for mentioning that size charts will vary from dress to dress. I recommend when choosing a size to base your decision by your waist measurement in inches. I'm very glad to hear that the dress fit you well!

Hello Daysi, I'm very sorry to hear that the dress you ordered was too small. I recommend when choosing a size to base your decision by your waist measurement in inches. Each dress will have a specific size chart located near the description. Our return policy allows a 7 day return from the date the package is received. You inquired about returning the dress past our 7 day return window., which technically was not returnable. However, due to your situation, I made the exception to allow you return the item, which is the reason for the high restocking fee. Again, I'm very sorry it did not work out for you and wish you the best!

Hi Mayra, I'm very sorry to hear that the dress you received had a hole on its side. If there was time for you to have exchanged it, I would have been happy to have done that for you. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out and I will be happy to email you a 30% off coupon for your next purchase.
