I purchased a dress that was sold out.
They had Immediately called me and sent a email of three other options. Same size and color different styles which was very helpful.
I was able to choose and got it delivered same shipping time as the original selection.
I would recommend discount dresses to anyone. Very professional company.

Customer service was helpful, responsive and friendly when I initially reached out about purchasing the dress. Delivery was also very fast. The dress was beautiful in person, just like the online photos. Unfortunatley, the dress arrived with a stain on the bra cup that appears to be make up. I thought I had purchased a NEW dress? I was not happy about the stain but since it was on the inside bra cup, I didn't bother to reach out to customer service. The thread for the hook also came loose and thank goodness I saw it fall apart and caught it in my hand. Otherwise, there would be nothing to hook to the eye, which means a trip to the store to buy the missing piece!

The quality of the dress is good and…
The quality of the dress is good and Jeremy was very helpful. Only thing I could say to make the experience better is that some dresses we were wanting was in stock online but was actually out of stock so we had to find one that we liked that was actually in stock and change the color of her prom dress. Other than that great quality and shipping was right on time.

The dress is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Customer service was excellent when the first dress arrived with a broken thread and some missing beads. They shipped out a replacement dress the next day and emailed a return label so I could easily send the one we had back without hassle. Overall, my experience was excellent!
