Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Account restrictions are applied only in cases where suspicious activity is detected or when verification is required by financial regulations — DMarket does not block accounts or funds arbitrarily. If your account has been restricted, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your case details so they can review your situation and assist you directly. Best regards, DMarket Team.

Hello, Thank you for your review. In most cases, withdrawals are processed quickly. However, standard processing time can be up to 24–48 hours, depending on the selected withdrawal method. If your withdrawal has still not been completed after this timeframe, please contact our support team at [email protected] with details of your transaction so they can look into it and assist you further. Best regards, DMarket Team.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We work hard to keep our platform the best place to trade skins. Best regards, DMarket Team.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I completely understand your dissatisfaction, but I must reassure you that DMarket never withholds funds on its own initiative. Not all deposits are instant and some credits occur within 24-48 hours depending on the payment method. The 30-day period you mentioned is impossible, or you may have misunderstood something. If your payment has been flagged for EDD Review, in which case we need to verify the payment method owner, this may take longer, but if the documents are not provided within the established timeframe, the funds will be sent back to your payment method. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Best regards, DMarket Team.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to clarify how DMarket works: we are a marketplace where prices are set by other users, not by DMarket. We act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers. The instant sell price you see is the highest bid from another user at that moment, not a price DMarket sets. You are not obligated to sell instantly — you can list your item at any price you prefer and wait for a buyer. Our selling commission is 2% for most items, up to 10% for some categories. Best regards, DMarket Team.
