This was my first time trying this particular swap website, and the last. First of all, When i did a swap, i got a quick trade offer to send my items, however the item i was swapping for had a countdown of 2 mins. i waited 15 minutes and no offer has come through. All my items were sent to Dmarket yet item i traded for never came through. I sent a message to support, and the response is very slow and still not resolved 24 hours later. Fyi i got no balance nothing for the items i sent to Dmarket. Do your self a favor and use SkinSwap, never had issue with them. If i dont get my items or item i swapped for, i will reverse my trade, good thing Steam offers tradeprotect!
The worst site I've ever used. Starting with problems with payment through address verifications. I think it works so poorly on purpose to cheat people for the best methods of withdrawal without commission. In the case of withdrawals, the site does not support the addition of cents. For example, you have 50 dollars and 80 cents, you can't do anything with those cents. The commissions of the site and intermediary platforms for payments are at a tragic level. I entered the page with skins worth $43 and after all the transactions it dropped to $26.50. The site was designed by some cavemen, I definitely do not recommend using it.
I wanted to trade with someone, and he suggested this great site to me to check if my items could be sold there. After logging in unsuccessfully, I created an account via email and then started asking for items to be verified for sale. Then they told me the items were fraudulent and sent me to a second trade, where they took ALL my items from inventory. After that the staff asked me to buy 50 Mann Co Supply Ctare Keys💔 So, in this dirty way, they took all my things and immediately put them on the market, where one trader bought everything in a few hours, and they even asked for 50 keys for verification. Thank you for leaving me with nothing and the chance of losing my only normal account.

Based on your description, you fell victim to a scam scheme that unfortunately targets users across many marketplaces. Here's what happened:
You visited an untrustworthy site (likely a fake free skins site, fake tournament, or phishing page) and logged in via Steam. When you did this, scammers obtained your Steam Access Token — a piece of data that allows them to monitor your trading activity on third-party marketplaces.
The person who contacted you and "suggested" DMarket to you was the scammer. After stealing your token, scammers actively initiate contact with victims themselves (most often via Discord or Steam chat), posing as a regular person wanting to buy their items or help them trade. If anyone contacted you that day wanting to buy your item or directing you to a marketplace — that person IS the scammer.
When you initiated a trade with our legitimate bot, the scammers saw it via your stolen token. They then attacked our bot to cancel the trade from our side, immediately renamed their fake Steam account to match our bot's name exactly, and sent you a new identical trade offer. The user, confused by the cancelled trade, accepts the fake offer and loses items — the scammers are impersonating our DMarket bot on Steam.
The "staff" asking you to buy keys was also the scammer — DMarket will never ask you to purchase keys or any items for verification. That is a classic scam tactic.
DMarket actively fights these scams and invests resources to protect users. We developed the "DMarket Trust Shield" Chrome extension specifically for this: it alerts users in real time when a trade is not with our legitimate bot, and detects fake/phishing sites. A scam platform would never build a tool to protect users from itself.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for user actions that lead to such losses and do not process refunds in these cases. To protect yourself in the future: update your Steam password immediately, enable 2FA, install browser extensions like DMarket Trust Shield that help block such trades, and never trust random people contacting you on Discord or Steam chat offering deals.

The site did not trading my buyed ittem arguinf with a accont restriction but there is no restriction aslo i csnt login with steam on mobile app durin black screen after login in to the steam and in app just black screen on login menu

I’m very satisfied..
Overall, I’m very satisfied with DMarket. The platform did a great job, and a definite plus is that I was able to find the exact skins I had been looking for and purchase them successfully. So my verdict is simple: if you’re searching for a specific skin, there’s a good chance you’ll find it here, tested and confirmed. The only thing I noticed is that the payment provider charges a fairly noticeable deposit fee, but it’s still manageable and the system works properly.
Another big advantage is the ability to sell items directly from your own inventory. I honestly didn’t expect some of my old items to have any value left, but I sold them, received the money in my account, and then used it to buy the skins I had planned to get. Don't use it they scammed me
Don't use it i traded some of my rust skins they sent me a trade offer and they didn't put anything in i thought they would send a different trade but as soon as it went through it said prices of the items you selected has changed and they put 0.19 in my account i made a 20$ trade they took all of it and didnt send me anything

When you exchange items on our platform, the items you receive do not go directly to your Steam inventory — they are placed in your DMarket Inventory on our website, and you need to manually withdraw them to Steam from there.

The button with the Ukrainian flag and the phrase Donate Skins to Ukraine means sending a skin to support the Ukrainian fund, not withdrawal to Ukrainian cards.
