I purchased track pants, they didnt fit, could have been my fault not measuring correctly. But try and exchange?? They wanted a $15 charge, OK I get that for handling, But it takes days on messenger with no response as yet on what to do. I guess they think you will give up with the way its going it may end that way. Never buy anything there again.
Absolute scam. Parcel never turned up. Then said they could resend at an extra cost. Don’t waste your money. Terrible company
So tight they don’t fit zip broken refusing to pay return postage , will update once I get a reply but would advise never buy from these con men
I brought the trousers and a coat from them and within 3 wears the trousers literally fell apart! All the stitching came undone and one of the zips broke and the little loop for clipping in keys etc I haven't even used yet and it's fallen off. Only way to contact them is through Facebook messenger and they said they will give me a free pair but I have to pay for postage. I spent enough money with them and refuse to pay anymore! And when I said that the response i got was "The cost of these pants is very expensive. You need to pay a little shipping fee to make new ones." Why should I have to pay anything towards their poorly made pants when the new ones will probably just do the same.Do not recommend!
Don't bother. Item arrived and the quality is terrible! Sizing is awful! Should have read the reviews here before I ordered. Not even going to bother trying to return them 😡
Do not buy from this company. They never send the size your order, it will always be the wrong size by several sizes. They demand you contact them via some dodgy email/s or Facebook, even when you dispute through PayPal. They refuse to provide a refund, then they claim you can only get a 20% refund then it goes up to 30%, but the response is different every time you contact them.They tell you that you can return the goods, and send you a different address through every method of contact, all random rooms in China. You spend a fortune on international post to return it to one of the addresses they gave you and then they claim they never gave you that address, they didn’t get the goods (even though they signed for them) and refuse to refund any money. Round and round in circles, telling you the refund has been processed but it never arrives, then telling you they can’t refund, then again it’s processed. All made up. For over a month back and forward with different stories. Now I have no goods, no money I paid for them and am out of pocket the shipping to send them back. Please stay away this is nothing but a scam.
This website looks American but its actually Chinese, the sizes aren't international just Asian oriented hence everything is really small even if you pick the extra large sizes and if you request a refund on any product that doesn't fit they'll request you pay for delivery and they'll only offer 30% refund. Just avoid them and look elsewhere.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could avoid giving this company 1 star, I would. I received the product late, and with the inside stuffing coming out. I was told by ‘customer service’ via messenger, after sending photographic evidence, that they are ‘fine and just push it back in’. After a lot of messaging, I eventually got them to agree a refund, 20%! Which I refused, they then offered 30%, which I also refused. I have been battling with for a full refund, which they have now approved but are asking me to pay the shipping to China! Sorry, to a room, in an apartment, in China! This company, and I use that word lightly, is an embarrassment and extremely unprofessional. I have dealt with a number of small companies before, but not one like this that will take no ownership when the product is unfit for purpose or when the customer is dissatisfied. I appreciate some may have had a pleasant experience but this has been one of the most off putting experiences I’ve had to date!
I feel so stupid. I’m here to warn anyone attempting to buy from dododz.com. The sizes are incorrect. Therefore the item will never fit. You can only make contact through Facebook messenger. Where they take hours/days to get back to you. They charge you $30 to exchange or refund. If you question the return cost they ignore you. I’m having to contact my back to see whether they will help. I’ll never trust Facebook advertising again.
