Really hard to contact the customer service
It’s really inconvenient and hard to contact the customer service. The only way is to leave a message on the website and you won’t get a reply until a business day or more which is not in time compared with others. The shipping seems take forever!!!

Bad customer experience
I purchased two blankets on Nov 8,2022, asked the customer service about estimated shipping date and I was told the blankets I ordered were stored in other warehouses outside the state I’m living and would take at least 7 days to ship. That’s fine, I decided to wait. Asked the customer service again on Nov 18, no response until Nov 22 and I’m told the blankets were out of stock and I need to switch to other styles or refund. Excuse me?I have waited such a long time and then be told it’s out of stock? It’s definitely the worst customer experience I ever had, such a waste of time. Won’t recommend it to any of my friends.
