The program doesn't work! I requested a refund and they declined it, even though I've sent them proof (screenshots).

: "I paid a subscription fee for dr.fone, and the app falsely claimed my device was compatible. When I plugged it in, the app caused my iPad's screen to get stuck on a downloading screen and locked me out, then demanded extra money to fix the very problem it created. After I fixed the device myself using iTunes, I tried connecting it again, only to be told the device wasn't compatible and that my subscription was somehow already consumed."
