I purchased the software and it failed to work but my main issue is I just cant get any response from this company. They were very good at taking the money but customer support other than a generic AI chat box is non existent. I've tried email and the in-app forms several times but absolutely nothing at all. A little help would be much more useful.

My iphone got stuck in restore mode while doing a firmware update. I downloaded Dr. Fone, paid a very reasonable fee and it got the phone unstuck and did the firmware update. My phone is back to normal.
