Completely scam platform i bought plan on website they shows 26.1 supported but couldnt unlock waste of money dont try to purchase their products they are scam also no option for refund ,i requested refund right after buying the wrong tool as my ios version was not supported still they rejected the refund. I will go through indian cybercrime to sue them for this fraud.

A bad official iphone update for my xfinity Iphone 17 pro Max kept my phone from updating and rebooting. Had to press up then down release... followed by holding the power on button for 15 to 20 seconds to put the phone in recovery mode. Android devices failed to update while keeping data and failed to update a full data swipe and OS recovery. Dr. Fone failed to recover while keeping my data but that's better than a bricked phone. Thanks a lot Apple... Y'all really got me to pay Wondershare Dr. Fone money that I needed!

A terrible experience and awful customer service. I was trying to get my text messages from my Pixel 11 Pro XL to my iPhone 17 Pro Max and after it "finished" transferring it made my iPhone restart and everything was erased. This resulted on me losing pictures and video of a party that I attended and hadn't backed up. I told customer service what happened and asked for a refund and they kept saying that they will resolve the issue!!!! YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE BECAUSE THE DAMAGE IS DONE. I kept telling them and they asked for logs which when that happened I was so pissed off I deleted the app and now I don't have the logs. They kept saying to read their refund policy and that it does not cover personal reasons. Can you believe that! How can they think it's because personal reasons after it deleted everything on my iPhone. You have been warned.
