I’ve ordered two custom straps from here for vintage Cartier watches and the service is excellent. They make it so easy to send measurements and customized the straps perfectly for me. I love my watch straps!

Excellent communications, professional attitude to ensure that the watch strap ordered and custom made meet my requirements. The product I received (a replacement Omega x Swatch strap) was indistinguishable from the original strap. Great quality!

A great product and service......

Really at first a great service, interstead in my strap characteristics, measurements, etc. But when a received my strap...in a nice box, with all the bolts that i could need, really excelent presentation. But the most great was when i put the strap in my Ulysse Nardin, the strap fit perfectly. Really a great job......thanks

Jaeger LeCoultre watch strap

Just received my new watch strap for a Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Squadra. Beautiful strap well made. Dr Watch Strap couldn’t have been more helpful good communication and every detail sorted to make sure it fitted the watch perfectly. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys

Great experience

Great experience. Was searching for a company that could make a custom watch strap for an antique Bvlgari diagono. This was especially challenging since Bvlgari uses a non standard lug design narrowing the aftermarket options. Communication and support was excellent in getting the necessary dimensions for the ordered strap. This is really appreciated as I had the antique butterfly buckle that I wanted to transpose as well. They made this happen and I couldn’t recommend them more. Turnaround time was prompt and shipping was free.

Great strap at a very fair price

Great strap at a very fair price. They took care to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and would fit my model of watch. Very pleased with the communication, service and quality. I will be back!

RM 65-01 velcro strap

I ordered a velcro strap for my RM010ti... the strap was lost in transit when they shipped. So they told me they would remake it. I then asked them if I can instead make it for my RM 65-01 and they agreed since they had to remake it anyways. shipping is slow from China. but when i received it the strap is made like my OEM RM strap. just missing the RM stamps obviously. the cmpany is very responsive and did a good job. although they need an express shipping option. only option is priority shipping via Fed X I think.

Great Replacement NATO Strap

A positive experience: nice replacement strap, excellent communication and customer service. I ordered a special NATO replacement strap, and the one I received is perfect (and better than the original). I am definitely planning on buying from Drwatchstrap in the future!

Very quick and responsive. I wasn't sure about size and initated email communication. Extremely friendly staff, professional and quick to react. The strap was ordered and was delivered very fast. I am surprised by the hugh quality of the strap and the metal elements on it. Suits perfect on the watch and the wrist. I will recommend to anyone to use theor services.

I have enquire everywhere in UK for the replacement of my Ebel watch strap,Unsuccessful.I found Drwatchstrap online they replied immediately and said they could reproduce the strap for me , and it was reasonably priced.
