DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

Firstly, I sent the measurements as requested. Should you really have to do that if you are ordering a standard sized strap? I thought that the size for the Cartier Tank watch was known when you select the watch size from their list. Secondly, I had to send them photos of my original Cartier watch band next to a ruler so that they would accept the measurements that I sent them because they refused to believe me. Thirdly, after all of this hassle I requested to cancel the order which they wouldn't do. Fourthly, after 30 days of our last communication, still no watch band or any indication that the order had been shipped from China. So....Here I am 40 days after the initial order and still no watch band because the factory 'forgot about the order'. I so don't want this but they won't let me cancel the order.

Very Satisfied Customer…

I have purchased a number of straps from Drwatchstrap and have always been very pleased. They have a strap made to resemble a Jaquet Droz model that is black alligator with no stitching that I really like. Also, it's easy to customize with no stitching and as to length.

Customized double tour strap Hermès style

I had ordered a double tour strap like the Hermès ones for an other brand watch. I included the exact measurements and the strap was quickly made customized for me. Although not the cheapest, for me the price/quality is very good and shipment was fast. Because of the odd size I ordered there were quite a few mails from them to reassure that I ordered the right thing, but in the end everything was fine and fitting. Delivered with everything I needed to attach to my watch. Definitely a recommendation. Thank you

Poor quality and customer service

I recently ordered two watch straps for a Cartier watch. Despite providing all specific details of the model number and size the bands do not fit. The watch has a quick disconnect for easy interchanging bracelets, The shipment was delayed according to the representative due to the custom component necessary to achieve this. On installation the band was unable to be removed and a watchmaker couldnt even remove it. I notified the company with no response. The quality is very poor and the cost was over $500.00 for both bands. Im very unhappy with this company

Hi,Daniel Sorry for the late reply since we don't work on weekends. We have also reply you via email. If the straps can't work,you can send the straps back to us and we will refund you.But every strap we made for this watch has been tested before we shipped it out and can be matched without any problems. So we ask for videos to check the problem. Sometimes it is just the customer doesn't know how to install or take off the strap. At first you said one side doesn't work ,then you said all of the staps can't work.But you never send us the video or picture. Could you please send us the video?

I ordered a canvas watch strap which…

I ordered a canvas watch strap which was vegan friendly and after 9 months the strap has cracked and I was told it's wear and tear. I would like to extend my disappointment to drwatchstrap as normal 12 months warranty applies to all products. The company wanted me place another I order, I will not be using the company again.

This is normal wear and tear. If you need it, we can offer you a discount price to buy a new strap. Please contact us for further information.

WARNING ⚠️ SCAM SELLER DO NOT BUY

Do not buy from these scam merchants, ordered ＆ paid but after 1 month still no straps or email replies! States 1 to 2 weeks for delivery but its just a scam, this is why everyone slates made in China. Its scammers like this that gives us a bad name...

Alligator calf leather strap for Breguet watch

I ordered an alligator + calf leather strap for a Breguet watch. They were professional and handled my order well. The leather seemed to be of good quality, however the tanning was not done properly but looks spray painted to match colour of order. The layer of spray pain started to peel off around alligator skin scales where the strap bends mostly. Also, However, the metal adapter on the curved strap where it is supposed to fit into the watch strap bay was protruding out too much and it was straight than curved blunt as the original strap had. IT DID NOT FIT THE WATCH. I tried several times, it only scraped and scratched my good watch's beautiful lug bay. The metal parts were protruding out too much and prevent the strap from going in to align with springbar slots on the watch lugs. Since they did not offfer any solution, I had to sand off excess metal adapter protrusions with a fine mini grinder and it now fitted perfectly. This means it was not properly done to Breguet's tolerances at factory. I wish they did a better job at these important part of the product where mounting on the watch needs to be secure, hassel free and not damaging to the watch. Bit disappointed. The strap was stitched well and the product overall quality seems good. Only tome cpuld tell how long it would last. Now I have to find identical leather polish or stainer to fix the peel off areas. This is not very good.

I am sorry there is a problem installing the watch band. We have sold many straps for the Breguet Type 3810 watch. This is the first time we heard of this problem. If still have a problem, or don't fit, please ship it back to us. We can make it fit for you.

You can wait and only hope, communication only til you make your order

Costumer experience is only positive til you make your purchase. Not fair and costumer oriented company, would not support or trust them. I wanted two costume made watch straps (not cheap ones), I got instant answer via whatsapp and support til I made my order. Then didn’t hear anything, no change in the status of my order for a week. Then I reached out on every possible platform to them, NOT GETTING ANSWER. Finally, when I made a complaint on paypal they reached out and they finally cancelled my order because after 2 weeks of waiting time they didn’t even started my order and they couldn’t guarantee to ship within the next 2 weeks either. They even made me feel bad about my complaints, I didn’t get an apology or compensation. Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. Even if they decide to make your costume order for an affordable price, I wouldn’t support this company. (Ps they forgot to inform as well that for a week they have holidays in February, it is not mentioned online and no automated messages would warn you either. Like you should know it 🤷🏼‍♀️)

I am sorry for replying late. We are having Chinese Lunar New Year holiday from Feb 1st - Feb 19th, we back to work normal from today. Our customer service person only work a few hours every couple of days. We can still take orders during the holiday, but we can not process any orders until everything back to normal. We received 1-star review from you and also received PayPal dispute from you. We agreed with PayPal to send refund for your order. I am sorry we can not process your order during the holiday and due to the long holiday, the orders may take longer to process than normal. You keep pushing us but I am afraid we can not complete your order on time and can not make you happy. So we would prefer refund your money. I am sorry we did not set up auto-reply to inform our customers about the holiday. This is our fault. We will for sure do that in the future if there is a holiday delay.

I'm not sure if this company is a scam…

I'm not sure if this company is a scam or not. I paid for a watchstrap and something was sent but returned to sender the day after Christmas. I did not receive any notice of attempted deliveries. I have tried to contact the company about the order but I have received zero response. According to the USPS tracking history, the package was sent to RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA 91730 on January 2. I appreciate that Dr. Watchstrap responded to me on January 12. I am looking forward to receiving the package and will update this review if I get it. I eventually did receive the watchstrap. It was good quality and I'm pleased with the purchase. The delay was partly the result of an incorrect address, which could have been my fault. Although there may have been an autocorrect function that put in a strange address.

Watch strap was made larger than I ordered and does not fit and they refuse to refund my money despite their "guarantee".

The problem is the spring bar is wrong (the spring bars are included for free, we did not charge you) Your watch band lug width is 17.5mm, we included the 18mm spring bars for you free. We can get the correct spring bar to you. then it would be NO problem. The watch band is no problem, but if you want to return for refund, we will give you return address.
