I was able to pull up your account, and I see that you placed your order on 11/24/23, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving. Our team was off for the Holiday weekend, but they did fulfill your order First thing when they returned to office on Monday. Our Team did make the error of shipping your package with USPS instead of FedEx, but we did refund you right away for that shipping costs as soon as you reached out, and we do sincerely apologize for that. As for the additional time it look for your package to arrive on 12/11/23, once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we do not have any control over that shipping time. The last we spoke I did offer you a one-time exception for a full refund if you wanted to return those items, but it looks like you decided to keep the product. Again we do apologize for any inconvience this has caused you, the shipping delays you experienced are not the norm for us, and we strive to avoid issues similar to yours.
