The product listing reflects the manufacturer’s official description and classification. We have no record of any phone call confirming or recommending a specific part number prior to purchase. All orders are fulfilled strictly based on the OEM part number selected by the customer at checkout. Our return policy clearly discloses a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is only covered when an incorrect item is shipped, which was not the case here. The part delivered matches the manufacturer’s specifications and the part number ordered.

We’re sorry for any frustration. The order was canceled within one hour of being placed due to inventory availability, and notification was sent immediately. You were not waiting three weeks to find this out. We wish you a smooth recovery.

Hi Eric, We’d like to clarify a few points. You received a text response within ONE HOUR of your inquiry confirming that the part was not available and explaining the situation. While we were unable to return the call, we did respond promptly to your text message and also gave you an alternative of where to find that part. At that time, you were also confused about which company the order was placed with, which we clarified immediately once the order number was provided. We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged and you dont have to wait for a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
