DVDFab is a solid product
DVDFab is a solid product, able to decode most disks others can't. It is a little pricey if you want all the options, but a good value over all.

评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the software for its remarkable reliability, excellent conversion quality, and its ability to easily back up extensive physical media collections without hassle. People find the platform extremely practical for organizing movies digitally, noting that the interface successfully simplifies what could otherwise be a complicated technical process. Some people were dissatisfied with customer support, mentioning unresponsive communication channels and difficulties obtaining refunds or resolving account authorization problems. A small group of reviewers also experienced frustrating technical hurdles, such as unexpected license renewal cost increases and recurring software error messages during use.

fast and perfect in converting
Ticks all of the boxes
The software (I've mostly used the DVDripper) is good. It ticks all of the boxes - functionality, good UI, looks aesthetically nice even. I am very satisified with my purchase. It was also a fair price. Everything adds up and makes sense about this purchase/experience. I have trust in the company.
I have been using it for years
I have been using it for years. Starting version 12. Version 13 had growing pains but it's 99.9%. They have everything you need for building you needed backups of you physical media. All the codes for the blue ray and blue ray 4k, the anti-copy etc... all one in one. you don't need to event think about it. It is Great Software. It maybe a little pricey but it well worth it.
Very easy to use.
Not only are the staff helpful
Not only are the staff helpful, but just as if we were face-to-face, diagrams were included with step-by-step instructions (outlining where a certain option is to be found), which helps clarify all necessary steps (which hardly anyone else ever does these days). Also, they use non-technical jargon - which is definitely a must for senior citizens. 😁😁😁👍
Persistence and patience pay rewards.
Initially, I was unable to access the app after upgrading. Mona from DVDFab was patient and persistent and performed resolution the problems. Now everything is working.
An excellent program, however pricing is a way TOO HIGH!
The main apps work flawlessly and at a very high speed, the latter being for me the most beneficial feature.
When it works
When it works, it works brilliantly, but it doesn't always work. It's not just UHDs, though I have yet to successfully copy one, and their EXTREMELY limited number of drives that UHD Copier works with (which does not include the Verbatim 43888 I use with MakeMKV!) sort of makes me wonder if their product works at ALL on UHDs. It also has a spotty record when it comes to Blu-Ray Copier, and it lies to you by saying "Your disc is dirty or scratched, clean it and try again!"—which NEVER works, BTW! Why can't they just say, "We can't open this, we're a failure!"...which they are when it comes to those discs. Unless you really want a 1:1 disc copy of UHDs and ALL Blu-Rays? Try MakeMKV instead.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve encountered with UHD and Blu-ray copying. Compatibility with UHD drives is indeed limited; our developers are constantly working to add support for more UHD drives. Regarding error messages with certain Blu-rays, clean the disc to try again and improve the reading process. We will check this part as well. Thanks again for your honesty—we value users like you who help us grow. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us, we’d be happy to help.

The best thing to make archival copies of hard to find discs
I've loved using this product ever since I came across it 6 years ago. The fact that I can make archival copies of discs that are rare and hard to find makes this the BEST program ever.
