Worst fake free burner software
Worst fake free burner software I´ve encountered. It claims to be free but you´ll only get to burn 3 discs and then you have to pay $399.99. It also comes filled with assertion errors that requires reinstalling the software. Trust me there are no errors from my side, neither outdated drivers, corrupt system files or problems with C++ runtime libraries. Now, before they come in here saying oh we are not free, they even have an article on their own website listing the 6 best free DVD burner softwares in 2026 and list themselves as nr1. Do not bother.

Horribly expensive software that crashes all the time, can't read many 4k properly without crashing or read errors. Do not buy, it needs internet connection to read discs !! The day they get out of business you got a lifetime software that is dead. Support is terrible, doesn't read what you say, just answer generics answer. By the way, they promise 30 day refund but they're liars and scammers. They do not refund.

Should you invest in DVDFab ?
I have used DVDFab for probably at least 10 years. During this time it has performed exceptionally well, having constant improvement updates provided by the DVDFab team. Great work guys.... you do a great job. Initially, I was a little apprehensive due to the initial cost ..... I thought it a bit expensive....however, That worry was soon gone after using the product, it is so, so easy to use, and I'm not a computer nerd at all. The outstanding quality of the output is amazing. (I use it in my theater) Once I did have to contact support , it turned out to be a problem (at my end) the support given by the DVDFab team was outstanding.... they could not have been more helpful in helping me resolve MY problem. Would I recommend the product .... ABSOLUTELY, IT JUST WORKS.....and so easily. Should you invest in DVDFab ? YES, without any doubt. As you can see I love the product... Thanks for your feedback, and we understand how frustrating it feels to be asked for payment again after buying a lifetime license. To clarify: ownership of our company has not changed, and your existing lifetime license remains fully valid. There is no new owner, and no requirement to pay again for the product you already own. That said, "lifetime" licenses cover the products and modules available at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may see a payment prompt because: you're looking at a different or newly released product/module that wasn't included in your original license, or the software is in trial mode and needs to be re-authorized with your original account. If you contact us via our contact page with your registered email address or order number, we'll be glad to check your account and confirm exactly what your lifetime license covers — and make sure you're not being asked to pay for anything you already own.
Don't expect any kind of service when things go wrong.
Been a Fab365 customer for many years and had my subscription set to auto-renew with valid payment details. For reasons unknown, DVDFab failed to renew my license at the discounted price of $119 and now want me to pay $199 (new customer price). I have opened multiple tickets to their support staff and posted on their help forums, all to no avail. They simply don't answer. Call me cynical, but scamming folks out of the higher $199 price is likely their end game, hence why there is radio silence from their support team. **Update Sept 24th** - Based on DVDFab's reply, I have sent them everyrhing over, including my email address and details of all outstanding, unanswered tickets. This was sent to their email address listed here in TrustPilot. I don't see any way of DM'ing them.

StreamFAB worked great before, but it was another time.
StreamFAB worked great before. For some time it has been very difficult to get it to work properly. There is no support. An AI will respond to your posts but you will ultimately not have received any support or response. I've been using StreamFAB for a long time, on PC and MAC, but now I regret it, it just doesn't work, although an automated response will appear here asking us to contact them juse for appearance, but it's virtually impossible. I do not recommend this product.
