The product did not work, no support, fake refund process
The product did not work, immediately, at login. The support is late and fake: they keep repeating every couple of days the same things and delay refund. Scam company in my experience. Reporting them to credit authorities. update: provided all the information; i asked for refund and you did not provide it; I have all the screenshot from your CS agents' fake engagement, trying to delay not to refund. I am reporting in all avenues since you did not provide neither the service neither the customer support.

One Of The Better Apps
I think you have great products, especially DVDFab. It has handled most of the stuff I've done to it and more. Very, very easy to use and mostly reliable. Version 13 had growing pains but is doing better now. I would like to buy more of your products and upgrades but pricing is a little high. But, be as it may, this is something I glad i invested in.
