The product did not work, no support, fake refund process
The product did not work, immediately, at login. The support is late and fake: they keep repeating every couple of days the same things and delay refund. Scam company in my experience. Reporting them to credit authorities. update: provided all the information; i asked for refund and you did not provide it; I have all the screenshot from your CS agents' fake engagement, trying to delay not to refund. I am reporting in all avenues since you did not provide neither the service neither the customer support.
