One of the best camera that I have ever had. I had 7 cameras installed. Never had issues. Very good quality. I live in Winnipeg which means coldest winter that we get here but camera works fine I'm extremely cold weather. Customer service is great. Thanks for your service
Purchased a CCTV camera a couple of years past and it worked - slower than Ring or Nest, but acceptable. Next responded to an offer to purchase another with a magnetic stand. Installed and lost recording capability in the first camera with no recording at all in the second having paid the $67.00 annual subscription. Magnetic stand extremely limited in maneuverability. Obliged to purchase a screw-in stand. Despite repeat reboots and resets, still no recording capability in either camera. Customer service attempts to resolve issue proved abysmal, with repeat requests for the identical information that should have been held on file. No resolution and no refund options. Company simply dropped contact. Very disappointing quality of product and more so their lack of care and customer service.
We recently installed security cameras on the house mainly to try and track what animal is tearing up our grass and eating the contents of the ant traps we put out. I searched on Amazon and finally decided on two different cameras made by Dzees. They arrived and were super easy to install. I downloaded their software to my phone and tablet and I get alerts any time we get a package delivered or there is movement by an animal or human on the property. We can also track vehicles. The pictures are really clear and very detailed and the software if very easy to use. We can share videos if we want with others if there were an issue with a delivery of a package or if there were an issue in the neighborhood. Overall we could not be more pleased with these purchases that were also very affordable compared to so many other choices we could have made.
