Dont waste your time and money buying from this site, i ordered incense butner set, paid decent money for all set plus shipping then they asked me to pay extra if i want them to ship that... I really wanted that set so i paid extra and they send me incorrect set, more than half of the items are missing from the set so i contacted them to ask can they send me the missing parts and they ignored me, i opened paypal case over this, its still ongoing case so no outcome yet but they say that nothing can be done because they dispached the item... Thy did dispach it but incorrect and way way WAY cheaper one than what i ordered.... Scammers!
The scheme of the fraud is similar to (as described here in other comments): Purchase of selected products, then after 2-3 days mail with a request for an additional price for the shipment (absurdly high, disproportionate to the price, weight of the product). Exchange of a few messages, a clear attempt to cheat, lie on the part of ebuy7. Fortunately, PayPal stopped transferring money to the account of these scammers.
Lies have short legs, I hope everyone will soon hear about their "way of making money" and this practice will be over.

I thought that the extra shipping charge experience was occasional, as with other companies. However, my purchasing experience started to play out exactly as described by others. A day after the order an email comes in, asking for 150% additional payment for the shipping, with no option to reply or cancel the transaction. I called the credit card company, which put a monitor on the ebuy7 transaction, and Paypal. The latter told me *not* to pay more and just wait. If ebuy7 makes no charge within 30 days, the original payment authorization automatically expires. If ebuy7 charges, but does not deliver or the delivery is inconsistent with the order, Paypal protection kicks in. Hopefully this is helpful for others.
I purchased an item for 140 $ US. The price included a shipping charge of 20$. The additional shipping charges were 324$ dollars. I reordered The same parts for a European site for less than the price of the additional shipping. By the time they filled the order which was supposed to be 2-3 days Then informed me the of the shipping cost and payment was made. I would have been better off waiting for a 10 day shipment and paying twice the price for a site that would include shipping. If you are looking for a trustworthy site that will give you a fair price this is NOT it. Steer clear of this Ebuy7!!!!!! or you will pay more than you expect.

I had to order a replacement bulb for my lamp from this site, as it was not available anywhere else...
The lamp was sent really fast (big thanks to seller), but when it arrived it appeared to be a used one (so I have no idea how long will it work now...)

I bought one product which they sent me a request to pay more for postage.
In normal circumstances this may be fair as they disclose that shipping costs are estimates, but they set the estimate weight at 0.1kg... yes... that's correct... which means EVERYTHING you buy from this site will incur 'extra' shipping extortionate priced shipping.
I made use of their shipping policy to decline the extortionate shipping fee and receive a refund. It took 5 emails to attempt to get my money back because they wouldn't follow through with the refund, they kept lowering the shipping cost until they just sent it without charging extra.
When I received the product I bought, it was already opened!! I was not happy, I wrote to complain and they claimed they opened it to check for batteries!
The gift I bought now looks like a second hand disgarded item! I complained and was told by them to just "buy another box and repackage" which I found to be an incredibly rude response.
I then tried to enact their return policy which again took several emails because they just kept throwing petty excuses at me and not providing return instructions.

Ordered a display panel for a microwave and the part they sent is burnt and the wires are cut, also has missing components. Very disappointed

The first time when I bought stuff on ebuy7, I was worried about all these bad reviews. However, my product arrived in my US address in a week, which is pretty fast. It may because I chose Fedex($16.98 for shipping). This additional shipping fee is worthwhile. And the product I bought is of good quality - even better than expected. So I would suggest you choose a good shipping instead of free shipping (may take more than a month uncertainty), and I believe you will enjoy shopping on ebuy7.
This was the worst experience ever. I’ve purchased an item from their site. After the purchase, I get an email a couple of days later asking to spend more money on the shipping which I already prepaid the shipping cost. I get the item and it was missing parts and broken. I reached out to them and they informed that they know the item was broken. I asked for my money back and they want me to return the item by paying my own postage back. Founding out, to ship the item back cost more than double of what I paid for the product. The package the item came in has a US return address. They told me that address is fake and I can’t return it there. I sent various emails for my money back and receive no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The shop lies on transport costs which are 3 times highter then the article itself.
The shop contacts you 1-4 days after you order an article and asks your for addional delivery costs. In my example i wanted to buy an article for $282,86 with transportcosts of $25,05. They than wanted addional $806.39 transportcosts.

Wer bei diesem Shop etwas bestellt muss wissen, dass die Versandkosten zunächst nur geschätzt sind. Einige Zeit nachdem man die Bestellung bezahlt hat, werden zusätzliche Versandkosten gefordert. Dadurch sind die zunächst günstigen Preise meist nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig. Besonders ärgerlich wird es, wenn durch die zusätzlichen Versandkosten Beträge überschritten werden und dadurch dann Steuern und ggf. Zoll anfallen.
Da in den Bedingungen auf die zusätzlichen Versandkosten hingewiesen wird, ist das eigentlich zu akzeptieren, aber dennoch ein bedenkliches Geschäftsgebaren.
Zähneknirschend habe ich die zusätzlichen Versandkosten bezahlt und dann sehr sehr lange auf meine Ware gewartet. In der Sendungsverfolgung war zu erkennen, dass die Ware wohl kreuz und quer durch China geschickt wurde, um letztendlich wieder bei ebuy7 zu landen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir dann auch bestätigt, dass die Ware wieder dort sei. Nun sollte ich nochmal, d. h. zum dritten mal Versandkosten bezahlen, damit man mir die Ware dann zuschicken kann. Wie arm ist das denn. Ich werde nichts mehr bezahlen und auch nichts mehr bei diesem fragwürdigen shop bestellen.

Don´t buy from this site! 2 of the items were missing and the only thing they said was: "We will ship the missing items with your next buy". So if I don´t buy anything from their site I will not get my paid items from the first order.
Another item was from another brand and in a different color. It was not what I had ordered from them. It is not compatible like shown in their picture. They say: "it´s only a different color". NO IT`S NOT! It´s a different brand AND a different color AND it´s not compatible. And even if it´s ONLY a different color why didn´t I get the color that I chose in the first place? You can´t just send any color that you think is ok if I´m choosing a color that´s matching my likes. I wrote Paypal about this and am waiting for their answer.

The freight charges is so uncertain whether measured correctly or based on volumetric weight.
After all they only asked for more freight charges and didn't have much guarantee protection against damage goods.
It is better to pay the shipping fee although its expensive and they always delivered within 1 week. Do not purchase e-packet because it can be lost in transit. I have ordered from this company for over 2 years. The representative are really helpful. They send images of my products being shipped out. Make sure you ask questions before you order the items. I had some issues with products, but they credit me back. I use it to buy more products. Each order I spent is over 100 dollars.
