This site is sh.... they just take your money and mark that your order is complete you can't track your order and no one answering the emails. Luckly I didn't spend much money! Don't waste your time and money for this site !
Never buy from this website
After I paid the order and shipping they asked me more money, when I received the package there were missing parts from the order, they confirmed they took out of the package two creams, offering a $5 refund when the order was 124 euros.... This is not a serious company, there are other websites to shop with better guaranties...

Do not buy from these people !!! They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Over priced SCALPERS from China. Bad products, poor communication and after a complete nightmare of over nearly 2 months waiting for replies and arguing back and forth they have sent me the wrong product to what was advertised on the sales post.

Do not trust this platform! Waited for so long. Item returned to seller. Emailed so many times. But they just don't bother. The one in charge don't bother. I PAID FOR NOTHING!!!!! STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. Well I don't think so they gonna return my money.

I purchased inline skate shoes hello kitty for my daughter and paid full cost with shipping after two days they sent email asking to pay more for shipping which double cost of what I purchased, I asked them to cancel my order and tell now waiting for refund, but no response although, the money held by PayPal but till now not received the refund

I made a purchase for an item that should have cost 172$. My payment was on pending for 3 days (the estimated delivery time was 3 days), and after 3 days I received an email asking me to pay additional 670$ for shipping.

Very bad, I placed an order cost $58.12 and shipping $6.16 after I paid the amount, they again ask to pay extra money for shipping $38.53 I send email to cancel the order, but no one reply

Do not deal with these people, they cannot be trusted. Like many others I too was contacted after having already paid $32.44 for fast delivery, to be told that the carrier was not available and it would cost another $48.00 for delivery, this was for a $13.00 item. I refused to pay and asked for a refund and received a short email saying it would be processed in the next few days. After that nothing, no emails replied to so I opened a claim with PayPal forwarding all the emails I had received. I advised the seller of my actions and that prompted an immediate email asking that I withdraw the claim and the money would be refunded. I told them that I would only withdraw it if the money was repaid first, again no more contact. Fortunately my claim was successful.
High shipping cost extra and wrong product delivered
Previous month I have bought some products for my cat, but they added an expensive shipping cost. So it was still in budget after contacting the company even though its a little bit more expensive then I buy it somewhere else. After I received it I needed to pay the tax which now is over my budget. But 1 of the product which I bought was a wrong product that they had delivered. When I said if I get the product that I bough they offered an option to give the difference between the product that I wanted or send it back for a refund with the shipping cost that I need to pay. I do not recommend to order things from this website.

Ordered merchandise for 76 EUR incl. shipping. After a week they sent me an email requesting additional 140 EUR for shipping costs :-D Truly amusing. I just hope I can get the refund from paypal, as I disputed the transaction. Don't bother ordering from this website. Do not recommend at all.
Dishonest
I bought from Ebuy7 in Oct a Japanese made toy. They managed to ship the toy in two packages . Three weeks after placing the order they notified me I have to pay additional freight worth almost as much as the toy cost.They were completely unresponsive and guess what when the packages arrived DHL wanted more money before they released the packages. Glad at least I got the toy even if the packages were poorly packed and crushed on delivery .Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this website.

I ordered 2 items from Ebuy7. I received the item in 4 weeks (as expected) and got exactly what I had ordered. No problems with order or item. Quality is what was expected as well.

Substandard/dangerous motorcycle parts supplied. Followed up by the biggest load of hogwash from the suppliers/platform. Yes they are cheap but ultimately the parts must not be used so its money down the drain. I have bought cheap Asian goods before and considering the price-OK. But Ebuy7 goods just an absolute waste of money.

The product didn't get delivered to its final destination, also the product is probably dead by now since it's been shipped for so long (2 full months or more)without ever getting to the customer' hands. Customer service blame buyer for not getting the package themselves instead of actually believing in their delivery service. This is not how delivery works. If these guys can't finish their job, then don't start it.
