My experience with Clara and eChinaCareers was very satisfactory. I would recommend her and her company to friends and colleagues that are looking for job opportunities in China. She was able to find several jobs and positions that met my requirements at the time. In the end, I received a job offer from the company that I had dreamed of going to.
Grace is great. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and has been proactive on making sure the job experience is going well.
CGC made the process of transitioning from one school to another very smooth. There was very little that I had to do as a teacher that I had not already done before.
I needed a "no criminal record certificate" from the US requiring an FBI background check along with authentication at the state department and Chinese embassy. This company was incredibly fast and efficient in making that bureaucratic voodoo happen. Highly recommend!
Needed a verified background check from the UK while I was in China and eChinaCareers was excellent in assisting with the process. Very quick, reliable and communicative!
I want to send a huge thank you to Norbert and the team. I needed help to arrange a police background / criminal check from the UK whilst being in China. The service was great and Norbert kept me up to date with his timely updates. I appreciate his service and would highly recommend him.
I requested a FBI background check from America in China and the representative went above and beyond to make sure I was informed with the whole process in detail. I have several years in customer service and their service was excellent and commendable.
The service was great. Definitely recommend them. Getting documents ready and getting them authenticated can be such a nuisance but I can fortunately say it went well for me because of eChinaCareers.
I Used it to get my CDC notarised and legalized from home countrydespite being in China. I recommend using this service, it was the most competitively priced of all the services that I investigated. It took about 3 weeks from payment to delivery, which is pretty fast despite documents being difficult to send during the current travel difficulties. They kept me updated during the process and made sure all documents were correctly filled in at every point.
Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very communicative. Regular updates given on progress of document authentication and worry free dealing with the document process. Very satisfied and would definitely use again. Highly recommend
I needed to get a document (a TEFL Certificate) authenticated by the FCO and legalized by the Chinese Embassy in the UK (and also to get some other paper files which accompanied this document sent to me). eChinaCities was able to provide me with an agent in the UK to take the papers, and get them authenticated by the consulates/departments in question, send them to me, and provide me with relevant scans (should I need the documents sooner, rather than later). I hired them in China, paid them in China, and was able to do all of this via Wechat in terms of payment. The documents were processed as rapidly as feasibly possible (although in fairness I was not in a hurry). And in all, everything was handled in a highly professional manner. It was not a cheap exercise, but the quality of the service I received was comparable to the service other friends of mine have received using more expensive services.
Clara and Norbert were superb. They assisted with job placement and background clearance record procurement with consistent communication and assistance at a very reasonable rate. If you need this type of assistance, don't wait until the last minute, give yourself plenty of months to see it through smoothly for best results.
After teaching English for almost 8 years, I had the opportunity to change career fields. Going from one school to another is simple, but changing careers can be a very complicated process for foreign workers. The agents at EChinaCareers were extremely helpful with every step of the process and helped greatly in navigating the various regulations and requirements for foreign workers. Unfortunately, there are many shady hiring agencies in China, but EChinaCareers with it's team of local and foreign workers is professional, reliable, and legitimate. I'm very grateful to all of them for helping me achieve my career goals!
Norbert and the whole crew at eChinaCareers were very professional and timely. I had to do a FBI background check from China for the USA and they were extremely professional and helped make a stressful situation very relaxing. I have and will recommend eChinaCareers to others for these same services
Absolutely wonderful staff and people, they helped me so much with finding a job and with my authenticated background check. My only issue was, since I haven't left China since I've been here, I didn't actually end up needing an authenticated background check, so that was 3000rmb and 5 months I didn't need to use.
Norbert was who helped me on getting authenticated document. Due to the COVID situation everything was uncontrollable, but he did very good job! And he also helped me on some other questions which was really helpful.
Excellent experience. Every aspect was handled expediently and professionally.
I found eChinaCareers to be extremely helpful and professional. They were quickly able to arrange me a good job in my preferred location with a very competitive salary.
Good service. Staffs were patient and professional, answered all of my questions and got all paperworks done in a timely manner. Thanks.
Very helpful and kind to me when applied my visa
