Happy customer: Professional and expedient document authentication service
I needed to get a document (a TEFL Certificate) authenticated by the FCO and legalized by the Chinese Embassy in the UK (and also to get some other paper files which accompanied this document sent to me). eChinaCities was able to provide me with an agent in the UK to take the papers, and get them authenticated by the consulates/departments in question, send them to me, and provide me with relevant scans (should I need the documents sooner, rather than later). I hired them in China, paid them in China, and was able to do all of this via Wechat in terms of payment. The documents were processed as rapidly as feasibly possible (although in fairness I was not in a hurry). And in all, everything was handled in a highly professional manner. It was not a cheap exercise, but the quality of the service I received was comparable to the service other friends of mine have received using more expensive services.
