EIN-ITIN.com was professional and answered my queries quickly. Also, I had a great experience with the ITIN process. It was quick and took less than 1 month to get my ITIN although the process could have taken for a few months to receive. I would highly recommend this company. I had tried different methods and it wasn't well done. This company's efficiency and understanding of the process and delivery surprised me.

I submitted my ITIN application to theITIN on November 22, 2023, and to my dismay, I have yet to receive any updates or my ITIN. After patiently waiting for over two months, I decided to reach out to them on January 24th for an update, only to be told to wait another 3-4 weeks. Now, when I followed up again recently, their response was even more disheartening, stating it would take an additional 4-5 weeks. The lack of transparency and consistency in their communication is concerning. While I understand that processing times with the IRS can be lengthy, theITIN’s inability to provide accurate information and constantly shifting timelines only adds to the frustration. It feels like they are giving false hope rather than being upfront about the actual process. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with the experience so far. Trust and reliability are crucial when dealing with sensitive matters like tax identification, and unfortunately, theITIN has fallen short in delivering on these fronts.

Mike was very communicative and realistic about expectations. We were told it would take around 10 weeks to get our ITIN but we got it a few weeks earlier. Helped us to plan calendar dates as milestones for checking back in with him for any updates, so we were pleasantly surprised when he emailed us to inform us our ITIN was granted. He also helped us to navigate the documentation required and ensuring any scans were high enough quality where needed so we would get approved first time round.
