Acting like hucksters
Ce sont des mercanti. I was looking for something very simple to manage an estate. After payment and many positive emails, suddenly things are complicated. More work needs to be done (not true) and more money needed! Then, no email response at all. Not a word after many requests. Not even from the general info email. They have my money however. Sounds like hucksters to me.
Mostly deceptive
There are a lot of scam companies for ITIN applications. These guys are not outright scammers, but they are borderline. Unless your application is 100% vanilla, they will ask to "assist" with the application. For additional fees of course. After several weeks, I am still waiting for a refund based on the "100% Money-Back Warranty." I'm not holding my breath.
