Even when practicing Agile, it can be difficult to know whether we are truly making progress. Learning about Evidence-Based Management (EBM) helped me understand how to use evidence to assess whether we are increasing value toward our goals, instead of relying on intuition, and how to use those insights to make better decisions and continuously improve.
I plan to start small and gradually introduce EBM practices in my workplace.
David Spinks is an excellent facilitator, it was a wonderful training experience as a Product Owner. We were taught all the essentials of being a Scrum PO, and the activities were extremely insightful and engaging too. I came out of the training feeling empowered and enlightened, which will help me do my job even better.
An informative look into the uses of AI with Scrum Teams and the Scrum Master’s role executing it.
Michael provided a great overview of how AI can be incorporated into the Scrum Framework. It was well paced, interactive, and provided a lot of insight. I recommend this course.
I liked that the course was self paced and had a lot of very useful information. The course was easy to follow and had self tests along the way to ensure you were learning the material.
Kuldeep’s classes go far beyond certification preparation. He clearly has a genuine passion for teaching and a wealth of knowledge to share!
The sessions were filled with insightful discussions and practical insights that can be applied to the day-to-day work of those already working in Product, but are also incredibly valuable for anyone interested in Product Management.
I highly recommend his classes! :)
I had an issue with a certification obtained in 2015, forgotten the email used at that time and somehow lost the certificate. Heidi from the scrum.org support team was able to identify the account based on an old order id and restored my account so that I could access the certificate.
This alone is excellent service - but additionally it took less than an hour from my email request to confirmed resolution.
Highly appreciate this level of customer support!

The APS course helped to onboard new developers, align product owners and scrum masters and transform team sponsors' mindsets to advance organizational understanding and adoption of the agile way of working. Time well spent.
Andrii is an awesome trainer! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject he is conveying. With hands-on experience in every aspect of organizational agility and Scrum scaling.
I thought the course content would be focused on certification, but it actually included more practical material. The professor did very well and followed the course program closely.
The training was very interesting and interactive. We had a lot of practical experiences of scrum ceremonies there.Rather than explained the theoretical concepts in a boring way, the trainer was explaining it by relating it with some real time simple examples. It was very helpful to understand the concepts easily.Breakout sessions was also helped me to interact socially and overcome the inhibition I had to speak in a big audience.
