Mostly deceptive
There are a lot of scam companies for ITIN applications. These guys are not outright scammers, but they are borderline. Unless your application is 100% vanilla, they will ask to "assist" with the application. For additional fees of course. After several weeks, I am still waiting for a refund based on the "100% Money-Back Warranty." I'm not holding my breath.
