With this being my 1st business, I had no idea what all I needed to do and was nervous I'd miss something. But from my 1st call with Doola all that went away. The process has been very smooth, and I feel that I am in good hands.
Whenever i got some questions, they sanwers with 24 hours whenther i email them or as from the chat from doola qebsite. And got the EIN within 25 days from the day i start apply my llc. Highly recommend for the founders around the world.

I've had a disappointing experience with doola's bookkeeping service. Since I started, I've been switched between three different accountants. I began with one, got moved to a second, and after only a month with them, was handed off to a third. For a business owner, this is a real problem. Every switch means starting over — re-explaining my business, my history, and the same details again and again to someone new. On top of the turnover, the numbers they've produced have been inaccurate. And when I flag issues to the bookkeeper, I'm repeatedly asked to resend documents I've already provided multiple times, which wastes even more of my time. While the accountant replies quickly to messages they often overlook details that i include in my emails. When I asked for a refund on my remaining unused months, they refused to process it. I'd caution other business owners to think carefully before signing up, especially if reliable, consistent bookkeeping matters to you.

I signed up for doola's $1,999 Tax & Compliance Plan only after asking their team a very specific question up front: would it cover all of my outstanding IRS compliance, including prior-year forms that had never been filed? I was told in writing it would provide "comprehensive compliance services," and was assured I was "in the right place." After I paid, the story changed completely. I was told prior years aren't actually included, that each one carries a separate fee, and my dashboard now shows I'm "not eligible for tax services" at all — the opposite of what I was sold. When I escalated, support closed my ticket and routed me elsewhere instead of resolving it. After repeated requests for a simple yes/no, the only options offered were to keep the plan (current year only), or downgrade for a partial refund of $1,702 or $1,503 — never the full refund or the coverage I was promised. They pointed to their Terms of Service to justify not doing the work I'd specifically confirmed before buying. I made an irreversible decision based on their written confirmation, lost time replanning my compliance, and my prior-year filings sat unfiled while this dragged on. I'd urge anyone considering doola for tax work to get every promise in writing and verify prior-year coverage before paying.

I stumbled on this company via a chatgpt suggestion and I could not be happier. Super patient people, very kind, but also knowledgeable and efficient. James, my go to guy for all my questions on company formation has been great and super helpful, and also very compassionate - I had to take a time out due to some personal bereavement half way through the process and he was really understanding. Its early days still, but my experience so far is that this is a really good company and I trust them with my business. Recommended.

I opened a us entity with doola! It very straightforward and quick! They also remind you when you need to submit documents to irs or other compliance issues. So far had a great expirience. Basicly doola is where you go to if you don't want a middlemen. Great service!
