My processing took much longer than I anticipated due the state level delay, which is outside of Doola's control. However, that addressed each query on my professionally and promptly. Website is easy, and super simple to navigate. Only problem is that the website says it takes 24hrs for someone to reply back to you. Lucky there is a knight in shining armour called Parshwa Mehta who has been helping me enormously, going out of this way to talk me through and make alterations. He makes the brand sing.

They only want your money — not to help you like they claim in their videos. After a full year of stress dealing with incompetent customer service, their solution is simply to ask for even more money. When exactly are the services supposed to be delivered? Changing your service packages doesn’t justify charging existing customers extra. Honor your agreements and keep your word — it’s basic business ethics. Instead, it feels like the only people they care about pleasing are themselves. Extremely disappointing.

Doola made a few mistakes with my company's registration and never took ownership or offered any refund. I rarely post negative reviews, yet, this one is as unprofessional as it can be.

Incompetence in process resulting in misscomunication and mistakes. Ignorance of multiple attempts in contact (email, form) Lack of contact from doola - template response claiming attention, AI with false responses Response to different than asked questions with general templates. Lack of possibility of contact, no phone, no live chat ( though both are mentioned by AI chat) Mistake in formation and lack of possibility of contact to fix it. All with highest $3k plan, "email" from CEO stating "I personally read all emails" - no, he does not - as I included him in multiple complain threads

My experience was smooth and very user-friendly, especially as a first-time user. The entire process was clear and well-organized, which made it easy to follow from start to finish. What stood out the most was the customer support team; they were responsive, professional, and truly one of a kind. Most importantly, the platform helped turn an idea into action, which is always the most exciting part of any journey.
Summary: If you are signing up with them, it's your job to tell them when to do their tasks and how to do them correctly. Not only this, you will have to constantly remind them to get your work done because everything at the backend is chaotic. If you leave it to them, you'll end up with missed deadlines, serious compliance mistakes, and a total disaster. The operations at Doola are seriously messed up, and I regret renewing my subscription with them after they assured me they would pay attention, but now they are not. Sure, their marketing is great, but behind the scenes, there are significant cost savings by putting all the work on a few team members. The result? serious mistakes, email responses after weeks, and missed deadlines. Specifically, we encountered the following issues: 1. Mishandling of Sensitive Documents: As our formation process was finished, we received our documents in the portal, and to our surprise, the certificate of filing was in someone else's name instead of our name. I immediately contacted our account manager, Betty, who assured me she would look into this issue as a priority. Three business days went by, and we were literally ignored before I started emailing everyone and managed to get their attention. 2. Wrong Tax Advice: On multiple occasions, we were given wrong tax advice, asking us to file for the year when we were not supposed to. 3. Very bad customer support / Ops. support: We wanted to file taxes on time and emailed them for 2 months straight, only to receive a response one week before the deadline stating they were filing for an extension, with no draft or submission in sight. So overall, if you are signing up with them, it's your job to tell them when to do their tasks and how to do them correctly. James has gone above and beyond and has supported me through all the early stages. I feel like I am in good hands, which takes away a lot of the worry that goes with setting up a business in a different country. 5 star!!!
