Difference between ordered référence and received one

Apart from the fact that I had to pay 43.80 euros for customs fees without anyone notifying me, the product is compliant and excellent, the perfect packaging to protect the type of product from transport damage and very fast shipping.

Fast delivery but only 50% function of original part

Part fit (identical numbers and size like original) Wire colors: red yellow black instead of red orange black fan works just on 1 speed. original one works 2 speed. After complain they think we tested wrong. But I can and have proven that we` re not.

Shipping costs not included on the invoice that came with the part.

The only reason I gave this transaction three stars was: I billed my customer for the part based on the invoice I received with the part. Several days later, I got another invoice by email that had an additional charge for shipping that was three times the cost of the part. The part arrived quickly, the price was reasonable and shipping costs were reasonable, but by the time I got the emailed invoice, It was too late to bill the customer for the shipping cost. I had to bear the shipping costs myself.

I am disappointed

I am disappointed, the courier asked me to pay cash at delivery Euro 32,50 for custom services and taxes, bud i already paid in advance more than Euro 55 for shipping costs and they were calculated till place of delivery; nobody advised me about any further costs to pay cash. Furthermore as per the invoice inside the package the value of the good should be 40USD and incoterm DAP (delivery at place), but i actually paid Euro 204,25 in advance (for good and shipping) plus Euro 32,50 at delivery for custom services (paid in cash).

Positive experience overall with room for improvement

At first, I was skeptical of the website to be honest. There were duplicate reviews on different review websites and that did not help when I wanted to establish trust with those guys. I think they should do something about that. Anyways, I was looking for a specific replacement screen model for my laptop and found it available on Elecok. The ordering process and delivery were nothing to complain about. They send you an invoice to your email and update you when they ship the product with the tracking number. They use TNT (Fedex Express) and send from China. It takes a little while to get to Europe but not more than a week (working days) at most even in light of the current situation with the virus outbreak. They also send you a video of a worker testing the screen you ordered which I thought was a cool touch. Now this is where I have to take a star off, the panel I received was not new and clearly used, it had scratches on the sides and there was a tiny piece of metal fixed onto the bottom right corner to stop light from leaking. They still claim it was new but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they mixed up some boxes or something. In the test video the part number on the plastic screen cover they use did match up with the one I got, but the panel they tested did not have scratches nor that piece of metal I talked about for the light leakage, it can be seen clearly on the video that the two panels were different. I have no idea what happened there. Either the panel got tossed around after recording that video, or they removed the protective film with the part number and used it on another panel (the one I got), I don't know. The bigger issue however, was that the panel itself had a faulty driver circuitry, a sizable band right in the middle of the screen did not show colors correctly, it was all over the place, making the panel unusable. I obviously contacted support right away and this is why I still gave them 4 stars; support was great, professional, respectful and they reply to you within 24 hours. The lady offered me a second panel to be shipped to me right away but I refused. They did acknowledge the issue, apologized and offered me a solution. If the damage was not user error, they will offer you a replacement part free of charge and you don't have to send the damaged part back. Or you can request a refund instead and still hold onto the damaged product. I confirm I just got my money back today on Paypal in full, hence why the positive review. Still I think they have to find a solution to sending out faulty products that may or may not have been damaged during shipping. If it's shipping damage, then they have to better package their products, if not, they have to be more honest about the condition of the products they sell. (new, used, has scratches...etc). The company did not ask me to write a review for them, not did they even mention anything about any reviews. But I find it interesting how most of the reviews here have the checkmark "This person was invited by Elecok to write a review". I have no idea what that's about.

Just what I wanted

Just what I wanted, exact match to original as far as size, but had had 2 wire plug and original was 3 wire, but only 2 wires. Did know how to release wires from plug so had to splice them.

Price and delivery were great the first time I ordered this item, about 10 days ago. This week, the price for the same item went up 59.9%!!! It went from $20.00 to $31.98 and shipping of $26.00. I need the part so I ordered it anyway. But I will be shopping around next time.

After 5 days I was getting worried if product was going to arrive in the time, had no notice of shipment, but after a email I sent everything went in to high gear had part in the next 3 day's, the reason for only 4 stars is because I had to send a email to get things going.

Customer service is horrible at best. I ordered 10 panels in September of 2019, four of which were broken. I followed ELECOK replacement protocal and was never contacted. I send pictures and explanations yet no response. To this day I have not heard one thing.This is for order # 100019676.
