Great controller feels great buttons…
Great controller feels great buttons are smooth and very durable! Only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because of the god awful app/software tied to adjusting deadzones/button placements and polling rates etc, it never opens on my pc and when it does the bloody thing is half written in Chinese! Overall lovely controller though and great value for money, just a shame about the app.
Honor Magic Pad 4 keyboard compatible
In the US the Honor Magic Pad 4 keyboard with touchpad is unavailable. This model is compatible with it 100% and works great, opening up much better functionality than the keyboard without touchpad included. Now I can use it to remote into PCs and use as a laptop replacement for many tasks. Highly recommend if wanting to use the tablet in PC mode. Item shipped and arrived safely with tracking. Took a little longer than I would like to arrive, but it did come from Asia to the US so that is to be expected. Price is a little high, but there is no other current option to find this as of August 2026.

Unprofessional customer service and poor return support
I ordered a laptop charger from this company to my home address in the United States. When it arrived, the charger was not compatible with standard US outlets and had a non-US plug. I contacted the company and requested a return/refund. Instead of helping, they replied in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, basically saying I am an adult and should have checked better before buying. When I said I would open a dispute with my bank, they said I could return it, but I would have to pay the return shipping myself and they may deduct shipping/import/PayPal/restocking fees. Very poor customer service, unprofessional communication, and not a company I would recommend.
